Tactical Spear Company is an Egyptian multirole company that was established in 2021 by Naval Special forces Officers (Veterans) headquartered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Tactical Spear Company specializes in defense procurements and tactical training in support of military forces, civil police, various government departments and agencies, as well as the cinema and television sector. The company also provides expert consultation in tactical training, private security training in hazardous environments, and maritime security/anti-piracy operations. Tactical Spear's founders bring over twenty years of elite experience in Naval Special Forces training and combat operations, ensuring top-tier capability and operational insight across all services provided.

Tactical Spear Company (TSc) aspires to be the principal partner of state institutions—including Military Forces, Civil Police, State Departments, and Government Agencies—in both defense procurements and the enhancement of tactical skills for personnel assigned to high-risk combat operations.
TSc is committed to applying the most advanced close combat tactics and globally recognized firearms methodologies, rigorously tested in both training and operational environments. Our goal is to identify and implement the most effective techniques and develop optimal training methods that effectively transfer these critical skills and experiences to trainees.
